Architecture

Boulevard Tower, 25-floor tower

Design consultancy for structural improvements, apartment interior re-design standardization, architectural optimization, process development, Spa/Onsen concept, Retail concept.
GFA: 18.600 sqm

Landmark Hai Phong, 45 + 30-floor tower group

Design consultancy for urban development in inner city including landscape concept for active cooling. Concept for lighthouse including jetty for cruise boats.
GFA: 250.000 sqm

Green City, 30-floor tower triplets towers

Design consultancy for towers, shophouses, villas, community buildings and landscape. Living in forest scenario, cooling by nature. 

GFA: 160.000 sqm 

Dragon Lake, 30-35 tower group

Design consultancy and master planning for contemporary landmark ensemble with high-rise buildings on a shopping mall podium connected to a villa village. Central focal point was a lake that connects buildings and park for public use and cooling features.
GFA: 165.000 sqm

Red Dragon Island

Master planning of an entire island in red river of Lao Cai province. Developing pagoda island with connecting main island containing a dragon shaped group of high-rise office and shopping buildings surrounded by a parking podium entirely using natural ventilation and daylight. The tail of the dragon was designed as five star hotel complex covered in stainless steel to reflect sunrise and sunset. 200 shophouses and 25 villas, landscape design, road map, material specifications. Video animations and BIM planning.

Ying Yang Villa

Design consultancy of minimalistic modern villa using principles of Bauhaus and tropical vegetation with inner courtyard for natural daylight and ventilation besides cooling features.
GFA: 500 sqm

Jakob Craft beer house

Brand development of a newly established brewery and restaurant chain including F&B concept, Merch and staff clothing, brand logo.

Interior

Ecopark Hung Yen
Project office interior design using regenerative materials local in Vietnam. All interior fit out realised with OSB Vietnam and pine wood besides up-cycled materials from Bat Trang village. Natural ventilation using helicopter fan instead of AC unit. Green wall for air quality. 

Pool House 

Interior design and built a modern luxury pool addition for the customer and his friends. 

Japanese facility and apartments

Design consultancy for Japanese customer who runs a serviced apartment tower. Minimal design and standardizations.

Library Refit

Collaboration with a cultural institute in Hanoi and based on a student competition the new library was following the brand colors and intention of modern learning. 

Japanese Villa Refit

Villa to office refit for international operating realtor as HQ in Vietnam. Design and built based on brand identity.

Apartment Refit

Based on Bauhaus principles in color, furniture and light features in match with local flair. 

Boutique

Design and built for a brand boutique, including decoration and 3D surface features.

Design consultancy for a two apartment merger as one big escape.

Higher Education

Lecturing student classes for the advanced program KTT at Hanoi University of Architecture in building and interior materials, interior design, sustainable planning and advanced green high-rises for dense cities. Vertical development rather than horizontal spread.

Apprenticeship at the Cologne Cathedral Workshop to become a stone mason and stone sculptor. Stones for the cathedral and the reunification Dresdner Frauenkirche.
